Power Automate (Microsoft Power Platform)

Role Summary

We are seeking hands-on Power Pages Developer to support the implementation of a workflow-driven Portal built on Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on creating the overall solution architecture, security model, and design decisions will be led by the Tech Lead. The selected candidate will focus on development, configuration, testing, and workflow implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Power Pages experience
• Strong Power Automate cloud flow development
• Good Dataverse data modelling experience
• Experience configuring table permissions & web roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience working in Agile sprints

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working under a defined architecture
• Basic understanding of authentication integration (Okta/Entra ID)
• Experience in secure or compliance-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

Power Pages Development (Primary Responsibility)

• Develop and configure portal pages based on approved designs
• Implement forms, lists, and entity permissions
• Apply Web Roles and row-level access control
• Implement UI customizations using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Configure authentication settings as per Tech Lead guidance

Dataverse Implementation

• Create and configure custom tables
• Implement relationships
• Configure table permissions
• Set up views and basic business rules
• Apply column-level security as instructed

Power Automate Workflow Development

• Build cloud flows
• Debug and optimize flows
• Implement scheduled and trigger-based automations

Reporting & Integrations Support

• Embed Power BI dashboards into portal
• Configure Microsoft 365 connectors (Outlook, SharePoint)
• Support API integrations under Tech Lead supervision
