The headline from Mumbai was the massive expansion of Agentic AI. Oracle is moving beyond simple chatbots, deploying over 600 new AI features, including 400 autonomous agents directly embedded into Fusion Cloud.
A few highlights that stood out to our team:
- Oracle AI Database 26ai: This is a game-changer for data security and speed. By bringing AI directly to the data, 26ai allows for private Vector Search and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) without the risks of moving sensitive information to external models.
- Autonomous SCM Agents: New agents like the Component Replacement Agent can now automatically identify alternative parts during supply chain disruptions, while the Fulfillment Processing Assistant streamlines high-priority shipping.
- AI Agent Studio: Developers can now use Oracle’s professional-grade platform to build, test, and deploy custom agents tailored to specific business logic.
