The Business Development Executive will focus on generating and qualifying high-quality leads within the US market. The role involves strategic outreach, initial discovery conversations, and lead handoff to the sales team for conversion. With a clear understanding of IT services and client needs, this position plays a key role in building a healthy pipeline and shaping early-stage client engagement.
What This Role Will Drive
    Lead Generation and Qualification
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the US through outbound channels including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and community platforms
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess lead fit and qualify based on defined criteria
- Schedule and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging based on industry needs and service focus
- Maintain CRM hygiene by logging lead activity and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets and quality benchmarks
- Exposure to domains such as BFSI, Manufacturing, E&U, CMT, or RCG is an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development within IT services
- Proven ability to qualify leads and support sales pipeline growth
- Demonstrated experience in building rapport with US-based clients through professional conversations
- Skilled in the use of CRM systems and outbound sales tools
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and with discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication with neutral, articulate English
- Availability and readiness to operate during US business hours
