Piyush Sakalley is Vice President – Sales ROW region at AppsTek Corp. Commencing his career in 2000, he has gained expertise in IT software & services, selling software applications and solutions serving various geographies (APAC, US, ME, UK).

Major accomplishments included winning multi-million-dollar deals and multi-year support contracts. He managed to set up end-to-end teams for new business generation, sales and marketing teams, and revenue generation in new markets.

CJ is the Program Manager - Delivery team. He works with Non-ERP teams in strengthening the delivery and is accountable for in time delivery with productivity and quality. He also works in close with the presales team in supporting on the proposals.

CJ is carrying more than 17 years of experience handling IT projects for Cloud Service Brokerage, Financial Services, Product Engineering, eLearning and Game Production. Managing the Cloud Service Brokerage platform [as a product] that is responsible for new technology innovation & managing enterprise applications – from formulating to executing IT strategies, and maintaining roadmap that truly brings client's business vision into reality.

Pallavi is Dynamic, Proactive and People-driven professional with increasingly responsible Leader in building CoE in the organizations, including few years of managing a fast-paced HR function. Work in analyzing the needs of the Business Units, accomplishing in time quality hiring with an extensive focus towards individual and organization success.

Developing/overseeing the implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans. Implementation of innovative techniques in strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools and increasing their efficiency at work. Cultivating Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Implementation of employer branding strategy & ensure the right organization Design for the business. Drive a subset of day-to-day operations of the CoE in all aspects.

Kali is Director responsible for AppsTek’s Operations. Kali’s immediately preceding responsibilities included overseeing offshore operations.

Prior to joining AppsTek, Kali was in charge of delivery activities at multiple consulting firms responsible for personnel, strategy, client activity, and financial performance at various companies.

Kali has more than 15 years of management and consulting experience serving the financial services, and telecommunications industries. Kali spent 10+years with Verizon before joining AppsTek. He earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Nagarjuna University

As the Director-HR, Karthik is responsible for a number of job duties related to organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. leadership and direction to the HR staff – often an entire HR department – as well as outside consultants, such as recruitment specialists.

Kalyan heads the India Accounting team. He is a commerce graduate and has more than 20 years of experience in Accounting and Financial reporting, Tax and MIS systems.

After earning his degree in commerce in 1996 from Nagarjuna University, Kalyan launched his career as an Accountant in EENADU (famous Daily News paper in Andhrapradesh). Then as a Unit Financial Controller at Fortune Hotels (Group of ITC Hotels).

Vijaykumar as Chief Information Officer drives Enterprise Applications and Data Sciences and Analytics practices of the Company. Vijay leads our Digital Transformation Roadmap of our clients and helps them in their quest to attain sustainable competitive advantage by Process transformation, Process Automation, Digital adoption and Decision digitization. He specializes in positioning Information Technology as Business Technology and Information systems as Business Solutions.

Vijay leads the Solutions, Applications and Tools development and positions them as means to companies across geographies and verticals towards transforming them as Digital Organizations.

Vijay has over 36+ years of experience out of which 15 years were in Oil & Gas domain and the rest is in IT. Vijay’s past employers include BPCL, RIL, PWC, SAP, Satyam and CSC.

Vijay holds a Masters Degree in Operations Research, a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and a Diploma from ICFAI.

Venkata, founder and principal of AppsTek, has more than 25 years of consulting and technology leadership and management experience. Responsible for ensuring overall operational excellence across AppsTek, Venkata is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients while creating an environment that encourages teamwork and career growth for his colleagues.

After earning his degree in electronics in 1993, Venkata launched his career as an Oracle DBA in the pharmaceutical field. Upon moving to the United States, he was recruited by KPMG in 1998. During his four years with the company, he earned multiple awards, including the President Club Award for exceptional service at Campbell Soup. Then, as a senior manager at Hitachi, he led multiple, highly successful Oracle implementations.

Srini oversees AppsTek’s ongoing strategy, technology and operations. He is responsible for organizational innovation and efficiency. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Srini oversees & manages control of diverse business operations for business growth & sustainability. He also manages delivery, innovations & technology initiatives of AppsTek and works very closely with the Founder & Board towards the vision of the organization.

Srini is a Prolific innovator and energetic Serial Entrepreneur, Angel Investor and TiE Charter Member. Leader and Head of HyperCat India, a Global consortium with more than 1,000 partners. Guru and Expert in the Analytics, Innovation, Cognitive, IoT, Smart Cities, Digital, Gaming and cutting-edge technologies with extensive experience in delivering the projects. Mentored few hundreds of startups and successfully drove business/investments with right business models and restructuring.

Carolina is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at AppsTek Corp. She will be responsible for the leadership of US sales team, developing new business opportunities in US and Latin America.

Carolina brings in more than 15 years of global IT sales leadership. She has extensive experience in leading sales teams to exceed goals while working in highly disruptive technologies, competitive industries, and fast-changing environments. Carolina is responsible for ensuring excellence in sales alignment and consulting delivery across North and Latin America. Her passion is helping organizations innovate and thrive in highly competitive global environments.

Scott is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The VPGHR provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and other concerned stakeholders.

Scott brings 20 plus years’ experience and a proven track record of success in the Human Resources / Capital profession which will be invaluable in meeting the corporation’s overall goals and objectives.

Balarama joined AppsTek to set up the Sales Enablement function. He is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team focused on enablement program and tool strategy, creation, roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.

Prior to joining AppsTek, Balarama was active in the evolving startup ecosystem in Hyderabad, mentoring founders and incubation centers.

Pulakesh is the Senior Vice President heading the BU for ROW at AppsTek Corp, where he manages sales for ‘Rest of World’ including APAC, India, UK & Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, African Continent, ANZ etc. Pulakesh brings in more than 17 years of global IT sales leadership experience along with record breaking performance into Sales & Revenue Management.

Pulakesh is a natural leader & a keen planner with proven abilities in devising strategies to augment business, customer relationships, streamline sales processes, promote services for business excellence, revenue generation and managing high performance sales teams. Pulakesh is a Six Sigma Green Belt professional with extensive industry & technical knowledge to build long term client relationships. He has commendable experience in handling and liaising with key client accounts across industry-verticals and geographies along with that of managing successful & profit-making business units.
